Member Conduct

Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times.

You agree not to:

● Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or unsafe conduct.

● Damage Club property, event venues, merchandise, or another person’s property.

● Misrepresent your identity, membership status, or affiliation with The B.S. Social Club.

● Record, photograph, livestream, or distribute content from Club events in a manner that violates another person’s privacy or any event-specific rule.

● Interfere with the operation of the website, registration system, events, or other Club services.

● Use the Club’s name, logo, branding, content, or member information without authorization.

The B.S. Social Club may remove any member or guest from an event or activity if the Club determines that the person’s conduct is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms of Use. Removal from an event does not automatically entitle the person to a refund.

Events and Activities

Event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, activities, and other details may change. The B.S. Social Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when necessary.

Participation in certain events or activities may involve risks, including travel, physical activity, consumption of food or beverages, interaction with other attendees, or use of third-party facilities. You voluntarily assume responsibility for evaluating whether an event or activity is appropriate for you.

You are responsible for following all event rules, venue requirements, safety instructions, and applicable laws.

Event-specific terms, including registration requirements, age restrictions, cancellation deadlines, transfer rules, deposits, and refund policies, may apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

Payments and Purchases

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize The B.S. Social Club or its payment processors to charge applicable membership dues, event fees, merchandise charges, taxes, shipping costs, and other authorized amounts.

Membership dues, event payments, merchandise purchases, and other charges are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase and the Club’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The B.S. Social Club may correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors and may cancel or refuse an order when an error has occurred.

Merchandise

Merchandise availability, colors, sizes, descriptions, and images may vary. The B.S. Social Club does not guarantee that product images or descriptions will appear exactly as displayed on every device.

You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or commercially exploit Club merchandise, designs, logos, or other branded materials without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The website and all related content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, service marks, event materials, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The B.S. Social Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
